On the Partida Venteta, 25, in Mutxamel (Alicante): about 16 minutes by car from central Alicante and about 25 from the airport. The car park is inside the grounds, private and free.
02How many guests can it hold?
According to the villa’s website, Villa Loja 3 takes up to 130 people (in the cold season it joins Villa Loja 1); Villa Loja 1, up to 100 in the warm season and 50 in the cold; Villa Loja 2, up to 60 and 40. One events portal speaks of 1 to 200 guests.
03How much does a wedding cost?
For events at Villa Loja 3 the villa’s website publishes €18 a head with a minimum of €800, plus VAT; cleaning (€180 for the garden) and a deposit of €150 to €500 are extra. Other portals show different figures (Venuu, €20 a head; Celebrents, from €11): ask for the current rate.
04How late does the party go on?
Guests arrive from 12:00 and the music ends at 00:00. By prior agreement it can run to 02:00 at most, for €80 more.
05Who does the catering? Can we bring our own?
The villa usually works with several caterers and allows an outside one, who must leave the kitchen clean and the marquee furniture stacked. Banquet tables and chairs are hired separately.
06Is there music and a DJ?
The villa leaves a speaker for a phone or a USB stick. For a DJ with professional equipment you must use its official supplier. The music ends at 00:00.
07Can we sleep at the villa?
Yes, in the house: it sleeps 8 to 10, costs €500 for 24 hours (€400 at Villa Loja 2), is added to the garden hire and is vacated at 10:00 the next morning.
08What if it is cold or rains?
Villa Loja 3 has a wide marquee and, according to the villa’s website, joins Villa Loja 1 in the cold season. Its Celebrents listing presents all three gardens as suited to the warm and the cold months.
09What is not allowed?
Throwing confetti, decorating with glue, double-sided tape or string, and bringing pets. You cannot move from one garden to another either: every event is private. Hire is to people over 25, except for family events.
10Can we visit before booking?
Yes: the villa invites you to see the gardens before deciding. Google lists Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. Call 691 67 88 97, message on WhatsApp or write to villaloja2707@gmail.com.
11How do we book?
